David Lee Ham, Jr.
Lead Attorney
David Lee Ham, Jr. is a multilingual, well-traveled litigator, trial lawyer, and appellate advocate with diverse experience in a variety of practice areas. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers’ Association. He completed law school in December 2001, earning a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School in Jacksonville, Florida. His legal studies included studies abroad at Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia; Durham University in Durham, England; and the University of São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil.
Norman Meso
Associate Attorney
My name is Norman Meso, and I was admitted to the Florida Bar on May 5, 2025. I have experience in complex litigation, with a particular focus on family law and public interest law. I take pride in my strong skills in legal drafting, writing, and research, which allow me to approach legal issues thoughtfully and advocate effectively for those I represent. I am a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, where my legal education helped shape my commitment to justice and service.

Office Manager, Ella Marie Ham, is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole. She has over 10 years of experience managing and coordinating administrative operations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is skilled at streamlining processes, developing systems, and maintaining high customer service standards. Able to multitask and have a varied skill set. She is a licensed Florida Realtor in the Elevate Excel Realty LLC brokerage and member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.

My name is Manuel Ham. I am a technology enthusiast and an I.T. student focusing on cybersecurity, as well as a legal assistant. I’ll be working with the internal operations at the Law Offices of David Lee Ham, Jr. PA, where I aim to strengthen cybersecurity practices and protect sensitive information. I am also proficient in both English and Portuguese. I'm excited to bring a proactive approach to enhancing our digital security in the legal field.

My name is Matthew Byrd, and I serve as the Lead Legal Assistant at the firm. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and I am a proud graduate of the University of North Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Leadership. I am currently enrolled in law school at Jacksonville University College of Law, pursuing my dream of becoming an attorney. I have a passion for legal research and enjoy proactively learning more about the legal field every day.

My name is Erin Flowe. As a Jacksonville native, I am deeply committed to serving our community. I currently work as a Legal Assistant at Ham Law, where I take great pride in welcoming clients and helping to ensure a positive experience when they arrive. I am also pursuing my studies at the University of North Florida, where I am working toward a career as a neuroscientist, fueled by my passion for science. I am currently pursuing my studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), working toward a career as a Paralegal, a path inspired by my passion for law and helping others. Each day, I strive to bring brightness to our clients’ day through a warm greeting and attentive support. I speak multiple languages (French, Haitian Creole and English).
Dimitri Villaflores
Office Services Assistant
Dimitri is our newest team member. He is currently in school pursuing a career in biology and is excited to expand his knowledge of the legal field. Dimitri is eager to get more involved, gain a deeper understanding of how the law works, and learn the details of the work we do every day. He also assists with our advertising mailers and works in the mailing room, where he plays an important role in supporting our daily operations.
